Trust me you need these in your bedroom because the most important thing you will be doing in this space, is resting! Blackout curtains will prevent that bright morning sun from coming through your windows and they provide good insulation, keeping the cold or heat at bay.
Utilizing different furniture pieces to complete your bedroom design
I know that getting all your bedroom furniture from one store is tempting but trust me it’s not adding any character or personality to your bedroom. It also feels to much like a department store and not a home. So try to mix it up, you can try to keep the same style but maybe add some contrast. A great example is the image above. Add different forms of lighting
This is one must have that can help create a beautiful design but also serves a great purpose. Different forms of lighting can create warmth and dimension. This can be done by adding table lamps, sconces and floor lamps. It’s also helpful when you are trying to get out of the bed without blinding yourself in the middle of the night. Do yourself a favor and add additional lighting to your bedroom because it will come in handy.
