Life Happens for Us

We all experience highs and lows in life but if we all look back at our past, we can learn to appreciate the experience. As we begin to realize that life is happening for us, we move out of victim mode. We learn to appreciate the journey and hopefully make better choices or decisions moving forward. If we are going down the same street and hitting the same wall, maybe it’s time to walk down a different street. In my own wellness journey, I am learning to appreciate life exactly as it is because I am not in control of the outcome.
